Free Discovery Call

The 15 minute Discovery Call is an opportunity to discuss what brought you here and to gather information about you and your nutrition related goals. During this call, I will also provide some background about me and the options for the types of services that I provide.

Initial Nutrition Consultation (60 minutes, $130.00)

The initial nutrition session is conducted either virtually via a HIPPA compliant platform or in the comfort of your home! When I say I will meet you where you are, I truly mean it! During this initial session we will discuss your current lifestyle and eating patterns, physical activity, medical history, food preferences and more! This session can be purchased individually or can be applied to a package plan.

Follow Up Nutrition Consultation (30 minutes, $65.00)

Follow up sessions are an opportunity for us to check back in and address any challenges you encountered in between visits, address any questions or concerns you have and to set or adjust your nutrition related goals. How often we will follow up is based on individual needs. We will discuss this together and come up with a plan that is right for you! Research has shown that consistent follow up with a Dietitian leads to better adherence to lifestyle changes and improved health outcomes! Note: Follow up sessions cannot be scheduled until after an initial consultation has been completed.

Package Options:

Packages are an excellent choice for those who are interested in longer term follow up and consistent support. Frequency of follow up sessions within each package is tailored to meet your individual needs. A grocery store tour can be added to any package for a reduced cost of $50.00.
